Project X Needs your comments
Right Gentleman lets get down to the nitty gritty.
Project X is underway. We want glory and we have something special.
A score is to be settled. Wanderers will be disbanded next year from what I understand and enough breeze has be spoken. It’s time to discuss the future.
What is required? We have to submit an application to the Hendon and District league before April the 30th 2006. Once this is done we will have to attend an “interview” so they can check us out, they dont want time wasters so Grant stay in bed.
The New season will start 1st or 2nd week in Sept. So we will have the summer to
complete affiliation with County ,sort pitch and kit etc.The £170.00 fee for joining this league includes (£60 Joining fee,£20 Cup Fees,£40 Fundraising fee (£50 good will fee,held by the League and returned to you in the event of withdrawal from the competition and all obligations met).
We as a club would need to find a pitch ,usually through a local council i.e. Barnet or Brent.This again is at cost and is probably the most expensive outlay we will have to make throughout the season (can range from £450 - £600) for a season of home dates every other week.
So lets get this straight, £600 max for pitch, £300 for kit and £170.00 admin fee. how do we raise this money?
We throw the biggest party you have had. We could rent out a function room, get a DJ and sell tickets to all mates (Noel, you can bring your parents). If O.J. can make £650 on his todd then we can smash that. If everyone brings 10 people we had made it.
This is where i need your comments? lets build up a discussion on the following points..
- Who’s “In” on Project X?
- What Colour should the Kit be?
- Fundraising ideas?
- The Name of the club?
- Is this league ok? All games in a 15 minute radius of Kingsbury town

Im in on Project X. Orange is a good colour cus then we wont clash with anyone and will not need to buy an away kit (saves some dough). The idea to raise money sounds good, just all bring loadsa mates and have a raffle etc. Team name should be Grants Army Ltd. League seems ok as long as we dont have loads of Noels running at as cus then we really will be fucked!

Easy now.. I’m defo on Project x as well.. I love the Orange cos I look goo in anything me esp Orange.. I’m currently trying to get more players to get started on this project, I’ve spoken with people at Tescos (Must say some decent players as well) to come along and see what they think and what we think.. Hoping they will turn up and take it from there… 1st things 1st boys lets get 15 players to sign up and be on it.. thats the 1st step and then let the party start and lets raise some dough…. Come on boys get off ur bums and make this happen.. Remember last year… we can do it again.. but WE have to make it happen….

I’m feeling the orange kit, should go well with the oranges at half time, (we should set a man to be in charge of the oranges and i choose grant), by the way which orange kit are we gettin the one in orange and white or black

the orange kit is good, and believe it or not im starting to get used to the name dutch lions, not bad i suppose. maybe a meeting soon? need to be moving quick because before we no it da new season will start, like mo sed were bringin a lot of players in, its looking bright! keep it real niggaz!

I’m on Friday. Too many people quiet, I realise Noels a little dizzy but surly he can get his head aound the concept of email.
Whats happening with Barbak, Noel, Little P, The Mitchell Brothers Sydney and Martell, Whats Skinnys email. I’ll contact these wasters and give thier Sundays some purpose.

The Way I see this fundraiser is as follows:
- We hire a function room, A cheap decent venue
- Get DJ Equipment (Tunes wont be a problem)
- Get prizes and ones that you mates wanna win
- Tickets to create (Timid)
- Should we have a theme?
- Agree on the amount of people we have to bring.
- Make it memoriable, lots of good looking people

i think this is great idea to start our team up,and i think if everyone can raise £100 each we should be ok for money the party is a great idea, if you need help just let me no. AND I FUCKING CAN’T WAIT TO PLAY FOOTBALL AGAIN.

Jaber is right, we need to look to raise the money and i think we can do it.
it will be a challenge but the first year is the most difficult, once we have the kit and equipment things are easier. I will bring the outstanding questions with us on Friday night. peace my city people

Oi Oi peeps… Come on boys all gone a bit quite on the Project X front.. We really need to kick start with rasing the money now.. so any ideas any1 has then bring em forward to discuss.. I really think we need to do this by the end of May start of June.. I’m off to sunny place mid june so before then or after…
We need more names and peeps ….. come on lads.. this is OUR Club.. the people’s club lol.. (Everton saying)… Once an orange always an orange lol..
